This guide is furnished to external parties solely in their capacity as clients of Visa and/or participants in the Visa payments system (“Recipients”). The information contained herein is confidential and proprietary and subject to the confidentiality restrictions contained in the Visa Core Rules and Product and Service Rules or other applicable agreements, which limit Recipients’ use of the information. Recipients agree to keep such information confidential and not to use the information for any purpose other than in their capacity as clients of Visa and/or as participants in the Visa payments system. The information may only be disseminated within Recipients’ organization on a need-to-know basis to enable their participation in the Visa payments system.

VCAS ADX and RDX APIs may contain features that are designed to provide Recipients with products and/or services provided or made available by third party providers (such third parties, “Providers,” and such products and/or services, “Third Party Products/Services”). In order to use such features, Recipients warrants and represents that Recipient has the appropriate licenses, consents, and/or rights to access and use such Third Party Products/Services from the relevant Providers and other third-parties, and to provide Visa with access to such Third-Party Products/Services. In addition to any other disclaimers included herein, Visa disclaims all representations, warranties, obligations, and other liabilities relating to the Third Party Products/Services and any integration or interface thereto and Visa may cease providing such Third Party Products/Services at any time. Furthermore, Recipient acknowledges that Visa has no obligation to provide any support or assistance related to such Third Party Product/Service, the Visa Rules apply to the extent that Recipient utilizes Third Party Products/Services, and Recipient shall direct any questions or requests related to such Third Party Product/Service to the appropriate Providers. If a Provider no longer provides a Third Party Product/Service, or if a Provider no longer permits Visa or Recipient to connect to or interface with such Provider’s Third Party Product/Service, then Recipient will not have access to or use of such Third Party Product/Service, and Visa will not have any responsibilities or liabilities relating thereto.

The Visa trademarks, logos, trade names and service marks, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the “Trademarks”) are owned by Visa. All other trademarks not attributed to Visa are the property of their respective owners. All non-Visa brand names and logos are used for identification purposes only and do not imply product endorsement or affiliation with Visa.

Note: This document is not part of the Visa Rules. In the event of any conflict between any content in this document, any document referenced herein, any exhibit to this document, or any communications concerning this document, and any content in the Visa Rules, the Visa Rules shall govern and control.
