Mandated Region Values
- For MasterCard transactions, the Merchant country is used, as the Acquirer Country code is not available.
- For Visa transactions, only the Acquirer country will be used, as the Acquirer Country code is not available.
- Mandated Regions are currently not supported by other card brands and will be set to UNKNOWN.

|---|---|
| EEA | Both the issuer and Acquirer/Merchant are in the EEA. |
| NONE | Either the issuer or Acquirer/Merchant are NOT in the EEA. |
| UNKNOWN | There is not enough data to determine a mandated region value; e.g. one data point is in the EEA but the other is undetermined. |
