Mandated Region Values
- For MasterCard transactions, the Merchant country fallback is used, due to availability of the Acquirer Country code.
- For Visa transactions, only the Acquirer country will be used, due to availability of the Acquirer Country code.
- Mandated Region data is currently unsupported by other card brands and will be set to UNKNOWN.

|---|---|
| EEA | If both the issuer and Acquirer/Merchant are in the EEA. |
| NONE | If either the issuer or Acquirer/Merchant are NOT in the EEA. |
| UNKNOWN | If there is not enough data to make a decision; e.g. one data point is in EEA but the other is undetermined. |
