RDX Use Cases

RDX can be configured for a number of specific use cases, based on the issuer's specific needs and objectives:

VCAS Managed OTP: OTP authentication where VCAS creates, sends and validates the OTP.
Co-Managed OTP: OTP authentication where VCAS creates the OTP, the issuer's SMS aggregator sends the OTP, and VCAS validates the OTP.
Issuer Managed OTP: OTP authentication where the issuer creates, sends and validates the OTP.
OTP + KBA Authentication:Two-factor authentication method which can be used to meet PSD2 and SCA requirements.
Out-of-Band Authentication: Allows issuers to manage the ACS URL content presented to the cardholder.
